While there may be a million ways to communicate with leads today, YOU STILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO TALK ON THE PHONE!
Real Estate Agents in particular– you NEED to know how to be engaging and interactive when it comes to handling your prospects. Buying or selling a home for many is a MAJOR decision, and you can easily lose control of a potential sale if you’re not meeting the needs of your leads when you call them or when they call you.
After a particularly horrible call between my wife, Christy, and an agent this morning– I had to do a quick Think Tank to provide some tips to any other agents about to make that call.
